MabSelect PrismA™ X 蛋白 A 填料是一款高载量层析填料，专为高效捕获单克隆抗体（mAb）而设计。其出色的耐碱稳定性可反复进行在位清洗（CIP），降低生物负荷。
- Dynamic binding capacity (DBC) higher than 80 g of mAb/L resin at 6 min residence time (RT), saving on resin and buffer consumption.
- Excellent alkaline stability enables efficient cleaning and sanitization using 0.5 to 1.0 M NaOH for improved process economy and robustness.
- Well-established protein A ligand used with several chromatography matrices. Supported by the PrismA ELISA kit for accurate and convenient detection of leached protein A ligand.
- Designed for use in short bed height applications using rapid cycling chromatography (RCC) for improved productivity in the protein A capture step.

填料以高度交联琼脂糖为基质，平均粒径 d50v = 50 μm。以曲妥珠单抗测试，MabSelect PrismA™ X 的 DBC 表现优异：6 min 时，PrismA™ X 为 82 mg/mL，PrismA™ 为 74 mg/mL。由于在短停留时间即可实现高 DBC，PrismA™ X 特别适合 RCC 工艺，可进一步减少填料体积，提高“每升填料产出克数”并降低整体填料成本。
