Series S Sensor Chip CAP is a component of both Biotin CAPture Kit Series S and Biacore™ cap-tag capture kit. The sensor chip is available for standalone purchase for more flexibility in your workflows. The sensor chip consists of a carboxylmethyldextran surface preimmobilized with a short oligo-nucleotide which binds either Biotin CAPture reagent or Biacore™ cap-tag. The sensor chip can be regenerated using Biacore™ regeneration kit CAP at least 150 cycles.
